To Whom It Concern,

I have had the pleasure of working with Janet Diaz on a professional level as her preceptor at
Tucson Medical Center on the Cardiac Care unit 500. Janet has displayed and cultivated a
solid work ethic that has guided her and her colleagues to achieve a greater understanding of
the intricacies of health care on and o the hospital floor. I, as an RN and her preceptor on a
telemetry unit, have received countless unsolicited compliments from patients regarding her
compassion and level of care as a Student Nurse. She maintains a positive attitude which has
been irreplaceable in coping with the stressful times of the health care settings of today. Her
level of dedication to understanding the concepts of Nursing indicates her passion to provide
quality and compassionate care to her future patients as a Registered Nurse. I am confident
