I have the pleasure of writing this letter of recommendation for Kapiolani Community
College (KCC) nursing student Kristina Boltz. I had the opportunity to be her classroom teacher
across the associate degree nursing curriculum in multiple courses and her clinical instructor in
psychiatric mental health nursing. Kristina has been on time, prepared and professional in her
interactions with faculty, clinical staff and peers. She is friendly with a committed attitude.
Kristinas Licensed Practical Nurse work experience as a charge nurse in an assisted
living facility has help to shape her career goals to continue her nursing education. I have found
Kristina to be a concerned, bright, articulate and hardworking nursing student. I believe that she
will continue to demonstrate the same diligence, perseverance, and optimism as she transitions to
the role of a Registered Nurse post-graduation this month. I am confident that Kristina Boltz
will work hard to succeed in any area of professional or academic nursing she may pursue.
