INTRODUCTION
Research Questions (if research questions are not specifically mentioned, what is the
theoretical background or overarching theme):
If principal technological leadership has an impact on teacher technologic knowledge and
teaching effectiveness?

Purpose of the research: The purpose of the research is to explore the relationship with
technological leadership of principal has an effect of technological literacy and teaching
effectiveness of elementary school teachers.

METHODOLOGY
What is the methodology for the research or approach used to understand the issue?
Provide information regarding the following:
Participants: 605 elementary school teacher
Procedures: They asked questions to randomly selected teachers
Data Collection Methods/Data Source: Data collected by the survey that applied 1,000
teachers randomly selected from 100 elementary schools within the following six
metropolitan cities in Taiwan: Keelung City, Taipei City, Hsinchu City, Taichung City,
Tainan City, and Kaohsiung City.

Data Analysis: Based on observation this research try to find out principal
technological leadership has an effect on teacher technologic literacy and teaching
effectiveness by using structural equation model.

RESULTS
Findings or Results (or main points of the article):
Results allow and accept that principals technological leadership has an impact on
teacher technology literacy and teaching effectiveness.
DISCUSSIONS
Conclusions/Implications (for your profession): Principals must develop effectiveness
and strategic technology plan regarding to improve teachers professional technological
skills. This study shows that technological skills are important for the professional
develop for school staff and teachers and principals have to provide full technological
support for their schools.

school/work): Principals must improve and provide vision and technology plans for
their schools and support their teacher to help them to be more productive and effective.
