SUPREME ENERGY RESOURCES, INC. AND MARC WALTHER
THIS CAUSE having come before the Court upon Plaintiffs Motion for Summary
Judgment as to Count IV for Violation of the Florida Securities and Investor Protection Act
(Motion for Summary Judgment) (D.E. 113) and pursuant to the Order of this Court granting
Plaintiffs Motion for Summary Judgment dated July 20, 2016 (D.E. 125), it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1.

Plaintiff, ENERGY SUPREME, LLC, shall have and recover from Defendants,

SUPREME ENERGY RESOURCES, INC. and MARC WALTHER, the total sum of
$244,500.00, together with simple interest at 12% through June 15, 2013, in the amount of
$10,509.21, and default interest at the rate of 18% through July 25, 2016, in the amount of
$142,735.29, making the total amount due from Defendants, SUPREME ENERGY
RESOURCES, INC. and MARC WALTHER, $397,744.50.

The total amount of $397,744.50 shall bear interest at the default interest rate of

18% per annum until paid in full, for all of which let execution issue forthwith.
