ANALYSIS OF THE

ORGANISATIONAL CHART
Managing director: He is the overall head of the organization. He
oversees all activity that goes on in every department of the
organization.
General manager: He is the next person to the managing director
and performs almost the functions with the executive director.
Purchasing manager: this is the manager that takes note of the
activities that goes on in the buying and getting of needed
materials and resources at the needed time.
Marketing manager: he takes full charge in the department where
the company is reaching out to the customer so as to get them
informed about the product, convince them about the product and
also to remind them about the buying of the goods.
Coordinator: He is to bring the different elements of a complex
activity or organization into an efficient relationship. Negotiate
with others in order to work together effectively.
Supervisor: He is to observe and direct the execution of (a task or
activity) or the work of a person.
Staff: this is the group of officers assisting an officer in command
of an organization and company.
