Re: Footage release

1.1 I, the undersigned, authorize and grant to Userfarm Italia Srl, with registered office in Milan, via
Maroncelli 13 (hereinafter "the Company"),and any third party assignee, the right on a non-exclusive basis, to
use, transform and edit the footage [reference of footage] (the Footage) used for the realization of the Video
[name of video], (hereinafter the Clip), without any limitation in space or time, even for commercial purposes,
without any payment and/or compensation, including right to freely assign the Clip, incorporating the Footage,
to third parties without further authorizations.
1.2 Merely by way of example, by virtue of the authorization under clause 1.1 above, the Company, directly
or through third parties as indicated above, without any limitation as to the number of runs and uses of each
Music, shall be entitled to:
a) reproduce in any format, also digital, and by any media or process currently existing or which will be
invented in the future, on a temporary or permanent basis, each Clip, incorporating the Footage;
b) make the Clip, incorporating the Footage, available to the public on computer networks such as
Internet (on one or more websites, without any limitation), by way of "streaming" or "download" and/or
with any other technical modality which allows the viewing of the Clip;
c) communicate to the public the Clip, incorporating the Footage, in any format and by any media and
distance transmission process, currently existing or which will be invented in the future (merely by way
of example, any type of telephone network, terrestrial television, cable television, satellite television,
cable re-transmission, free television, pay-television, pay-per-view, video-on-demand, near-video-ondemand, digital terrestrial television, Dvb-h, IPTV), within any programme;
d) distribute the Clip, incorporating the Footage in any analogic or digital format currently existing or
which will be invented in the future (merely by way of example, CD, CD-Rom, CDi, VHS, DVD), by any
media and through any commercial channel (merely by way of example, big and small retail networks,
newsagents, e-commerce); distribute the Clip also in conjunction with other audiovisual material
and/or with press publications;
e) use and edit the Footage, incorporated in the Clip, as part of promotional, advertising and commercial
initiatives, without any right to receive any compensation, allowances or reimbursement in
consideration of this exploitation
2. I hereby declare that I legitimately own any and all rights covered by this release. Therefore the Company
and/or any third party assignee shall be free, at its own absolute discretion, to exploit or not to exploit, wholly
or partially, the Footage, incorporated in the Clip, and to determine the modalities and forms of the exploitation,
if any.
3. This authorization and the above mentioned rights are granted to the Company and to any third party
assignee absolutely for free, therefore I declare that I will be not entitled to receive any compensation in

consideration of the visibility due to the exploitation of the Footage incorporated in the Clip, and the
assignment of the rights covered by this release.
4. It is expressly understood that the Footage shall not be used in any way that might be considered
defamatory, libelous, obscene or immoral. This includes both the use of the Footage in a way that places any
person in the Footage in a negative light or depicts them in a way that they may find offensive; and the to use
of the Footage in: a) in pornography; b) tobacco ads; c) ads for escort, dating or similar services; d) political
endorsements; and/or e) advertisements for pharmaceutical products;
5 It is finally agreed that I will have no claim whatsoever, under any title, towards the Company or any third
party assignee and/or authorized by the latter, in connection with the exploitation of or failure to exploit the
Footage pursuant the provisions of this release.
