With over 13 years of experience in hospitality industry, Harish started as a Chef de
Partie with Taj Residency after completing his graduation in Hospitality and Hotel
Administration specializing in Continental cuisine but while working at Taj he
mastered his skills in Indian and South-Indian cuisines as
Harish worked as a sous chef on one of the worlds most popular cruise lines,
Carnival Cruise, USA where he got trained under Senior Sous Chef Bernhard from
Michelin Star Restaurant Georges Blanc, France and graduated from Carnival
College of Management in Leadership and Management skills further honing his
culinary abilities post which he had
