Behavior Contract
A second grade student is having a hard time focusing in class and staying on
task so this behavior contract is created to help determine what will be worked on
for the week and how it will be achieved. If the goal is reached the second grade
student will be able to pick a surprise from the box, be teachers assistant for the
day, or get the comfy couch for a day for their desk.
