Why this is important to the team

It is important because if we all contribute, that will lead

to better ideas and more structure within our groups.
If we communicate then it will be easier to shake of our issues
and easier to put it off to the side.

PBL Group Interaction Guidelines

(How can we anticipate and deal with group conflict when it arises?)
What could happen to
impede our teamwork
A PBL member doesnt
provide project ideas or
feedback to other team
members
A PBL member doesnt
complete his or her task at
all

What we will do if this happens

We will be accepting to the fact a group member can't contribute but

that means they will not be recognized to the result of what they missed.
The rest of group will ultimately finish the task but that group member
won't be given recognition.

A PBL member completes

The member who cannot turn it in on time will not be trusted as they
his or her task, but turns it
in after the agreed-upon due were before but we will be accepting.
