1- the challenge on page 76 "Gamify Your Read".
I chose the third solution, which is using reward ($20) to motive employees every
week to win it. It is a very great idea to increase the motivation of competition
among employees. Also, the third solution could improve employees productive.
2- what elements of gamification does this game exhibit?
The elements of gamification do Bejeweled Game exhibit are the levels, points,
reward and leaderboard.
3- briefly reflect on the video and the uses of gamification in business.
Kevin Werbach and Dan Hunter, who wrote For the Win book. As the authors
explained, the book talks about the concept of game application or game thinking,
and how game thinking can insert acceptable solutions to real-world business
problems. In the interview with Kevin Werbach and Dan Hunter mentioned
important ideas such as gamification and how can be using for business proposes.
Also, they talked about the ethics of games in the work environment. I agree with

the authors on the point of determining the objectives before starting design the
game, because if the designer of the game fails planning, the game will not get
objectives that we need.
