The events that occur in the activities were that

the muscles after impact would retract and contract the muscle
brining the involuntary movement if the elbow, knee, muscles and
patellar ligament.

All of the reflex that we demonstrated have in common the factor that each
of the moments occurred because of a contraction of muscle cause because of
an involuntary impact.
