Return on Sales

Due to the suspension of the mining operations of the corporation

for two months due to an accident,causes to the dropped of coal sales
and resulted to the high inventories of the corporation. But on the
other hand the local sales of power of the corporation still increases
due to the additional capacities and the increase in the plants usage.
Also, cement companies increases its sales because of the high
demand of cement for this year. On the contrary, the industrial plants
decreases their sales due to the lesser off-take by the customers. The
export sales of coal of the corporation also decreases due to the
protracted shutdown of their one unit for its maintenance. But the
increase of some of their sales, still doesn't reach the same sales on
the previous year.
