To the Parents/ guardians of Sid Marokwa,
I am wrting to you with a deep concern about your son. He has lately been in a
tantrum through lessons and his current exam results. He has not been working to
the high standard we expect in this school, and he does not pay attention to his
lessons. As you can see from the chart below, he is below the class average on every
subject but P.E. I congratulate your son for his high mark in P.E.,but this matter must
be dealt with quickly.

However, we as a school Have already taken a bit of action to make sure Sid does
better in his next exams; for example, we have given him private tutoring, and of
corse, shorterned his lunch and break, so he can spend more time studying and less
time playing around and growing absent minded. He will also receive more
homework than that of the average child in your sons class.
Although this action has been taken at school, to greatly increase the chances of him
coming atleast in the top 5 students, we believe that he must change his daily
routine at home. I suggest you deprive him of any electronic entertainment devices;
our research has shown that a child is more likely to pass his examinations if this is
the case. Additionally, give him private tutoring and give him less puddings.
I hope you can hlp your son acheieve what he deserves.
Yours faithfully,

Mr. Cheese
