Conflict

Management:

If conflict should arise between group members, the following steps, cited
from Killman and Markel, should be taken towards resolution:
1. Bring issue to attention of the project manager.
2. Project manager will hold a group meeting to discuss conflict.
3. Create a plan to resolve conflict and prevent future conflict, agreed
upon by all
members.
If all steps above are followed by the team members, and the conflict is not
resolved, the group should follow the guidelines outlined in the Steps for
Dismissal.
