ISORENA PCG, hereinafter referred to as the FIRST PARTY .
AND
The GREAT SEAS MARINERS TRAINING AND ASSESSMENT CENTER, INC. (GSMTACI) a Maritim
e Training Center duly accredited by the Maritime Industry Authority (MARINA) wi
th office address located at 2nd Floor, San Jose Building, Paquita St. corner Es
paa Blvd. Sampaloc, Manila City, appropriately represented by its President C/E P
ROCIS C. AQUINO, hereinafter referred to as the SECOND PARTY .
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY is an armed and uniformed service attached to the Depar
tment of Transportation and Communications (DOTC) tasked primarily with enforcin
g laws within the Philippine waters, conducting maritime security operations, sa
feguarding life and property at sea, and protecting marine environment and resou
rces;
WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY is in need a highly trained and qualified individuals t
o be deployed for shipboard duties on board of PCG vessels;
WHEREAS, the SECOND PARTY is a young & dynamic Maritime Training provider that o
ffers maritime courses with a goal of promoting quality in training and enhancem
ent of competence and technical self-reliance;
WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY is in need of the services of the SECOND PARTY to train
