nursing student at your school of nursing facility. I have known Ms. Buenaventura,
who has worked under my supervision at Wahiawa General Hospital/Nursing and
Rehabilitation Center for five years as a License Practical Nurse. She has exhibited a
true dedication and responsibility to her assigned residents. Her desire to become a
professional nurse will continue to develop in the years ahead. She has displayed
attention to nursing care and had the ability to participate in working as part of our
team, in critical thinking. As a professional nurse with over 45 years of experience, I
believe Ms. Buenaventura will continue to do well in whatever her course as a
