Genre Analysis Reflection

I feel accomplished the purpose of the genre analysis. I learned

how to analyze some of the resources I used for my research topic
using structure & delivery, comparison and contrast, audience and
purpose and rhetorical issues. I can use these skills in the future to
fully analyze a topic I am researching on in the future. These lessons
and skills will be applicable in the future because I will be able to break
down a topic I can be writing on using those elements on the genre
analysis. I feel like I met the criteria for this assignment because I
definitely went over all the sections in this genre analysis.
My writing process for this assignment facilitated my progress
because I was able to understand the message each of my resources
were trying to convey upon the audience. My revision process was
effective because I made sure to look over it a few times and I also
took my paper to the universitys writing center. My peers also
reviewed my genre analysis and were able to point out the flaws my
draft contained such as grammatical errors and APA format mistakes.
With that in mind, I corrected the mistakes so my final genre analysis
was better than the last one. The readings on the genre analysis
helped me break down each section such as structure & delivery,
comparison and contrast, etc. From reading these sections, I was able
to formulate my writing in a way that was able to clarify the message I
was conveying in my genre analysis.
