TYPE OF INCIDENCE: TRAUMA EMERGENCY (Car vs. Motorcycle)
CHIEF COMPLAINT:
Pain at back of the head
Abrasion at right knee
NARRATIVE REPORT:
At around 1057H a phone call received from Eagle Base asking for ambulance assistance to a
trauma patient at Corner Villanueva Real St. Casimiro. The team responded immediately.
Upon arrival at the scene LPDRRMO responding team found the patient lying on the street
conscious and coherent. Initial and secondary assessments were made therefrom, rule out the
sustained injuries above mentioned. Wound dressing done and Injuries were stabilized. Vital
signs taken and recorded. Patient transferred securely at the gurney with side rails up and loaded
to ambulance. Patient brought to E. Zarate General Hospital at around 1112H and received by
Nurse Erwin Cabriga with stable vital signs.
LPDRRMO responding team returned to base at around 1128H.
