Instructions
Class X will come to School in the School buses (usual time) and leave at
10.15/10.45/11.15am) in their own transport as and when the examination gets over.
Class XII will come to School in their own transport (11.15 am) and leave at 3.30 pm. in the
School buses.
Children are requested to bring their own stationery during the exams. Borrowing of stationery
will not be allowed. All children must bring transparent pouches for their stationery.
Bags/books/Exercise books are not allowed in the exam hall. All children must keep
their bags in Room 110,111,112 (Class X) and Room 101,102,103,104 (Class XII).
If any child has attendance below 75%, he/she may not be allowed to sit for the PreBoard Examination. In such cases parents are requested to meet the Principal.
If any child is caught using unfair means during the exams then his/her paper will be
cancelled.
For the students of Class XII (Science & Commerce) only FX 82 MS (Casio) calculators
will be allowed.
For Classes X Breakfast 7.30 am
Children should be seated in the exam hall by 7.55 am.
Reading Time 8.00-8.15am/Writing Time-8.15-10.15/10.45/11.15 am
Snack packets will be served during dismissal time.
For Classes XII - Children should be seated in the exam hall by 11.40 a.m.
Reading Time-11.45 am-12.00 / Writing Time- 12.00 -3.00pm
The children will be served heavy snacks during dismissal time in the auditorium foyer.
Children are not allowed to bring mobile phones to school. Children are also not
allowed to come to school in self-driven transport.
