Description
1. Site Clearance
- Clear all the debris remaining on the site.
- Clear all the existing building that has on the site.
- All the waste and debris should be removed and disposed of according as
approved by official authorities.
2. Site Investigation
- Check the past record of the site.
- Check the ground water condition of the site
- Check the physical properties of soil and rock underlying the site.
- Check the mechanical properties such as strength and compressibility of different
soil and rock.
3. Analysis and Design
- Analysis of the appropriate material in the construction of retaining wall.
- Design the retaining wall to hold back the slope.
- Test the material that use to construct the retaining wall.
- Makesure all the material use to construct the retaining wall pass the test and has
all the requirement needed.
4. Constructing Process
- Start the construction of the retaining wall based on the plan.
i. Piling
Installation of anchor pile.
Anchor piles are inserted in a casing that is brought to depth by

boring, hammering or vibrating.

The anchor pile possibly with corrosion the protection, can then be
inserted in the casing. When the grout envelope has set sufficiently
the pile head can be attached by means of an anchor plate and nut,
after which the pile can be loaded with the construction.

ii. Concrete Wall

Formwork will be set up for concrete wall installation.
Size for reinforcement bar using in concrete wall is 10mm.
The concrete wall will link with the reinforecement bar that install
into the slope.
iii. Concrete Stair
Concrete stair will be construct in the middle of slope for the
purpose of water run flow.
iv. Precast Concrete Block

Panel of concrete block using the technology of Industrial Building

System (IBS)
Size of panel is 3 meter x 2.5 meter.
The panel will be install between of the concrete wall.

v. Planting

The purpose of planting the climbing tree is for grip the soil on the
slope.
Type of tree that suitable is ficus pumila.
The plat can climb up the wall and has a good ability to grip the
soil.
