Im writing to complain about the internet service that you installed in my

house a month ago. Briefly, the problem is that I spent more than two weeks
waiting for your technical home assistance because the signal of the internet
network went down.
I called you more than three times but your technical manager told me some
instructions such as click on the Network option on my computer then, check
the cable from my computer to the modem and check if it is not damaged , but
none of those things worked.
I tried to connect other computer to ensure that my computer was working
correctly also I changed the cable but I couldnt connect the computer to
internet. Ive already checked with my neighbours and they have the same
problem. In order to resolve this matter Im requesting that you come as soon
as possible to change all the modems and check the cable installation and
replace those which are damaged with fiber optic wire to increase the internet
speed.
