QUESTIONS FOR CROSS EXAMINATION

DEFENSE: Did you find bruises on Ryan Ngs cadaver, particularly his hands?
WITNESS: None Sir!

DEFENSE: But even if there were no bruises, is it possible that there was a struggle over a gun between
the accused and Ryan Ng?
WITNESS: It is possible sir.

DEFENSE: Have you ever examined a cadaver of a person killed in an incident involving struggle over a
gun?
WITNESS: Yes!

DEFENSE: Based on your examination of gunshot wounds, you said that the shooting was close-ranged?
Is that correct?
WITNESS: Yes!

DEFENSE: And by close-range you mean more or less 1 foot?

WITNESS: Yes! More or less like that sir!

DEFENSE: Enough distance for accused and Ryan Ng to struggle over the gun?
WITNESS: Yes.

DEFENSE: Based on the allegations of the prosecution. Ryan Ng went to the accused to confront him
but the accused pulled out a gun, shot Ryan Ng twice while muttering Hayop Ka! Patay kana ngayon!
Is such was the fact, will you agree with me that the gunshot wounds should be frontal because there
was a face to face confrontation?
WITNESS: Yes.

DEFENSE: Can you read to us your assessment of the bullets trajectory?

WITNESS: Yes sir. (Expert witness to read the autopsy report)

DEFENSE: Is your assessment of bullets trajectory consistent with the allegations of the prosecution?
