Dear Parents,
Thank you for participating in my inquiry about nature immersion for our students. I truly appreciate your support
and assistance.
Thank you for taking a few minutes each day to keep a daily log on child-initiated comments that your child may
make regarding his/her experiences, perceptions and attitudes relating to their outdoor environments, both at home
and school. Also, thank you for including any observations you may notice that relate to outdoor experiences that
your child is having both at home and/or school like a child being very tired, excited, etc.
As you complete the brief daily log, please write these comments and observations below and place it in your
childs binder for collection each morning. You will receive a new family log sheet each day to complete over the
course of the six-week study. Only one log per family needs to be completed daily. I encourage both parents to
participate in this family log whenever possible.
Thank you!
