ESTABLISH TASK LIST FOR WMS

Use Seed spreadsheet (provided by Project Controls) to import Task Listing

Blank Seed Spreadsheet

Prepare Task Listing Spreadsheet from work hour estimate using seed
spreadsheet and GEP 3.10 guidelines. ADD is required in column A.

Develop Task Listing Spreadsheet

Import File Structure

Select the WMS icon from the Desktop

Login using groups name (user id) and password (obtain from
Project Administrator.) (Password cannot be changed .)

Select Project from List of Projects Available To You

To Import original task listing and all project related information select Progress Entry / Import From Spreadsheet

Import Tasks via Excel Browse to select server, folder, and file

WMS will notify the user if there are any errors

Note: Files
with errors,
will not import
until all errors
are corrected

Click on Print
Error button to
print an Error
Report

WMS will notify the user when the import is successful

To review imported data - select Progress Entry / Manual Entry

From Previous Detailed Report markup the progress (per GEP 3.10)

Example Shows Number of Library Change, Deliverables Change, Weight or Budget Change, Progress and IFC Date Changes

Marked up detail report (See Reports for Steps to run Reports)

Update progress - select Progress Entry / Manual Entry

Query Desired Task Listing using a Filter

Update Progress using marked up detailed report

Update IFC date and (Number of) Items with current data
Change weight (budget) if required/approved
Enter updates to milestone percentages on all applicable tasks

Use the Comments field to add any issues, possible changes, PVN numbers etc
