SUBJECT: Resolved Issue with Work Ethic and Morale

The purpose of this memorandum is to inform you of an issue within Alpha Flight that I
resolved.

I noticed in Alpha Flight that the younger enlisted airmen were running low on enthusiasm and
their quality of work was seriously lacking. To fix this issue, I informed Staff Sergeant Doe of
my observation and I asked him to come up with techniques to raise morale and improve work
ethic. This past week I have taken note that the work of the younger airmen has proven to be of
higher quality and the morale seems to up again. Tasks are getting completed faster, as well as,
more efficiently. The attitudes of each airmen has been significantly improved. They love doing
their job and coming into work every day. Staff Sergeant Doe was able to reach them in a way
that I would not be able to as an officer and I appreciate what his done for Alpha Flight.

In conclusion, the issue of low morale and work ethic has been resolved. The quality of work
produced by Alpha Flight has increased and the overall morale has been raised dramatically.
