Flora 1jmited; a co-worker ofJessica Wagter.

Jessica Wagter commenced working in tlie Administration Deitartment at Rosa Flora Limited in
December 2015. Jessica worked part time in the administration deptu-tment as a co-op student
from Niagara College while she simultaneously worked at her sttidies. When her school yearwas
completed in April 2016 she continued to be part of our team lor the duration of the summer; and
worked in the department daily. For me it has been a pleasant experience to work witli Jessica.
She is always punctual and a very conscientious worker. She is always considerate and caring and
has a very kind and caring personality. I was not responsible for trainingJessica butjust from
obsen'ing I found thatJessica was willingly to i)erform the tasks that she was instructed to do and
carried them out in an elfective and ellicient manner and was always willingto learn new things and

adapted to them (juite quickly and added her own personal skills to improve areas and make them
elfective its the situation required. Jessica always maintains a professional attitude and works well
with others and was tilways a jiosilive juida very pleas^mt person to be with. From what I obsei-ved
Jessica was an asset to our department.

As an obsen'er as well as I'rom interacting withJessica in the Administrative Department at Rosa

Flora Limited I would recommend her to be an asset to any Iirm. Jessica can adai)t and easilyfit

into any structure that she is presented with, andJessica has so many (|ualities and skills that she
has already gained and utilizes and it is easy to observe thatJessica has gieat potentijil; and she will
continue to increase her skills and knowledge and will conUnue to grow juid be a tremendous part
of any Iirm.
