This sources discusses the best areas to practice dentistry in America. The author argues that it is
important to consider locations that do not have demographics that are identical to your own.
While this may result in a longer commute, it is preferable to practice in a location in which the
people will be able to more efficiently assist you and your practice. The author discusses the
advantages rural cities have over big cities. He explains how in rural cities, facility costs and
practice overhead expenses are much cheaper. He explains how the staff is more stable and how
aging patients are more reliable, cooperating, and trustworthy.

future writing:
For example, dental assisting is more likely to be considered a career, rather than a steppingstone to another opportunity.
These communities are also advantageous because there are fewer large corporations and/or
manufacturers that provide reduced-fee dental insurance to their employees.
Aging patients have respect for your time; they are more likely to arrive early, and they are less
likely to cancel. Aging patients also tend to be available for appointments during low-demand
office hours, and they often pay their bills promptly.
