(1) Welding wize in compliance with YGW11 to YGW17 specified in JIS Z 3312. (2) Welding wire in compliance with YFW-C430X, YFW-CS00X, YFW-C50DX, YE €502X, YFW-CS50GX, -YFW-A430X, YFW-ASOOX, YFW-ASODX, YFW-A502X 6 YFW-ASOGX specified in JIS Z 3313. 4 (3) Welding wires recognized to be equivalent to those mentioned above. 8.2 The welding rod to be used in TIG welding shall be either of the following. (1) Welding rods in compliance with YGTSO specified in JIS Z 3316. (2) Welding rods recognized to be equivalent to the welding rod mentioned above. $502X or YFW-S50GX specified in JIS Z 3313. (2) Welding wires recognized to be equivalent to the welding wire mentioned above.” 9 Gas to be used in test 9.1 The gas to be used in MAG welding shall be either of the following. In the vertical welding and the Horizontal welding, the vertical direction and the right-to-left direction of the test. material shall not be changed until the welding is completed after starting the welding. 5 mee 11.3 Welding of pipes (2) Im the welding of the thin’ wali pipes, the test material shall be fixed horizontally as indicated in Fig. 2 (a) using an appropriate method, and the parts A, B, C as indicated in Fig. 6 shall be welded. The-point A shall be located right below the horizontal axis. ‘Then, the test material shall be fixed vertically as indicated'in Fig. 2(b), and the parts of A, D, Cas indicated in Fig. 6 shall be welded. The welding order for the horizontal or vertical direction is not specified. However, in welding by horizontal position or vertical position, the upper direction to lower, and/or left direction to right, vice versa, of the test material shall not be changed until each welding is, completed after starting the welding. (2) In the welding of the medium and thick wall pipes, the test material shall be fixed horizontally as indicated in Fig. 2 (a) using an appropriate method, and the parts AB,and AD as indicated in Figs. 7 and 8 shall be welded. The point -A shall be located right below the horizontal axis. Then, the test material shall be fixed vertically as indicated in Fig. 2(b), and the parts BCD as indicated in Figs. 7 and 8 shall be welded. The welding , may be started either at thé point B or the point D. The Welding oriet for the horigpatal or vertical direction is not specified.
