Workout Video Project
We have watched several fitness videos in class, each showcasing a different workout and
coaching style. You took note of things you absolutely hated and some other things you
liked (or maybe became obsessed with). Now, its your turn to create your own workout
video that will be posted on YouTube for the world to see!
Your video must include the following elements:
Each person must lead at some point
Everyone will perform the workout with the audience
Music throughout
Mirroring
At least one modified example
Graphics, captions, transitions between sections, etc.
30 second intro
2 minute warmup
15 minute workout
20 minutes total!
2 minute cooldown
30 second outro
