Aplikasikan secara online pada aplikasi iTop ITIL yang telah anda install pada account server
OpenShift anda :
1. Pada soal ini ada akan membuat CMDB (Configuration management database - to
document and manage the IT inventory) pada aplikasi iTop ITIL pada account masingmasing openshift server anda, dengan konfigurasi
a. organisasi (O)
b. lokasi (L)
c. personil (P..)
d. jabatan (J)
Jenis CI (configuration items) :
a) end user devices (EUD)
b) infrastructure (F)
c) application (A)
d) [..jumlah asset..]
e) NI: Network Interfaces
f) ND: Network Devices
Spesifikasi detil CI terserah anda, dengan CMB sebagai berikut :

b. Contacts Acc Dept : P4 & Contacts IT Dept : IT Support Team
c. Provider Contract: Provider Tinta Printer utk Acc Dept
d. Customer Contract : Kontrak Tinta Printer dg Acc Dept,
e. SLAs : SLAs Tinta Printer dengan Acc Dept
f. Service : Service Tinta Printer dg Acc Dept g. Sub Categories : Sub Categories Tinta Printer dg Acc Dept/Request
Type:Service Request
h. Login dengan account P4 buat service request Permintaan Tinta Printer,
di approve oleh P5
5. Buatkan Incident Request - Service Management IT Asset untuk Direksi,
a. Customer : Direksi & Provider : IT Dept
b. Contacts Direksi : P2 & Contacts IT Dept : IT Support Team
c. Provider Contract: Provider IT Incident utk Direksi
d. Customer Contract : Kontrak IT Incident dg Direksi

e. SLAs : SLAs IT Incident dengan Direksi


f. Service : Service IT Incident dg Direksi
g. Sub Categories : Sub Categories IT Incident dg Direksi / Request Type:

h. Login dengan account P2 buat incident request Incident Request Direksi
