Hak Cipta
Psl 12 UU No. 19 Tahun 2002 melindungi
karya cipta antara lain mencakup:

Buku,program komputer, pamflet,

perwajahan ( lay out) karya tulis yang
diterbitkan, dan semua hasil karya
tertulis lainnya.
Ceramah, kuliah, pidato, dan ciptaan
lain yang sejenis dengan itu.
Alat peraga yang dibuat untuk
kepentingan pendidikan dan ilmu
pengetahuan.
Lagu atau musik dengan atau tanpa
teks.

Hak Cipta
Drama atau drama musikal, tari,
koreografi, pewayangan, dan
pantonim.
Seni rupa dalam segala bentuk seperti
seni lukis, gambar, seni ukir, seni
kaligrafi, seni pahat, seni patung,

Arsitektur.
Peta.
Seni batik.
Fotografi.

Pencipta atau Pemegang Hak Cipta untuk
mengatur penggunaan hasil penuangan
gagasan atau informasi tertentu.
Pada dasarnya, hak cipta merupakan "hak
untuk menyalin suatu ciptaan".
Hak cipta dapat juga memungkinkan
pemegang hak tersebut untuk membatasi
penggandaan tidak sah atas suatu

Pada umumnya hak cipta memiliki masa

 Creative Commons (CC) adalah suatu organisasi

nirlaba yang memfokuskan diri untuk
memperluas cakupan karya kreatif yang
tersedia untuk orang lain secara legal agar
dapat digunakan kembali dan dibagi secara luas.
Organisasi ini telah menerbitkan beberapa
lisensi hak cipta yang dikenal dengan lisensi
Creative Commons. Lisensi-lisensi ini
membatasi atau bahkan membebaskan hak
pencipta atas karyanya sehingga penyebaran
karya tersebut lebih mudah.

4a) When images are used in printed material or non
internet-connected electronic media, a credit is
needed on each page (or a facing page) where an
image is used. The credit can either be at the bottom
of the page or near the image i.e. in a caption. Many
designers find the credit is less intrusive when it is
printed sideways or at the edge of the page near the
gutter.

 4b) Images may also be used in other forms of

digital and video media (games, demos,
presentations, interactive systems, youtube
videos, films etc.) a credit must be presented
either when the image is displayed, with other
credits at the start or the end of the
presentation/film or on a 'welcome screen'.
4c) Where images are used in online banners the
credit link may be included on the page where
the user who clicks the banner is taken to. This
page will be the final destination page of the
banner link and not any auto-forwarded or
unseen page which the browser may passes
through while displaying the final banner
destination page.
4d) Where images have been contributed by
other site users in our live galleries
(freeimageslive.co.uk), the credit shall include the
contributors name. Details of this are listed on
each image page where this term is applicable.

Domain Publik
Domain publik, domain umum, atau
ranah publik (bahasa Inggris: public
domain) terdiri dari pekerjaan kreatif dan
pengetahuan lainnya; tulisan, hasil seni,
musik, sains, penemuan, dan lainnya; yang
tidak ada seseorang atau suatu organisasi
memiliki minat proprietari. (minat
proprietary biasanya dilakukan dengan
sebuah hak cipta atau paten.)
Hasil kerja dan penemuan yang ada dalam
domain umum dianggap sebagai bagian
dari warisan budaya publik, dan setiap
orang dapat menggunakan mereka tanpa
batasan (tidak termasuk hukum yang
menyangkut keamanan, ekspor, dll.).

Masuk ke laman Google Images ( images.google.com )
Masukkan kata kunci di jendela pencarian. Contoh

Pilih Labeled for reuse
Pilih gambar yang sesuai (misal kita pilih gambar Jembatan
Suramadu di pojok kiri atas). Akan muncul layar sbb:

Ikuti cara pemuatan ulang gambar
sesuai lisensinya.

kebanyakan tidak mencantumkan
hak cipta
Disarankan tidak mengambil dari
blog untuk menghindari tuntutan
pemilik hak cipta
Pengambilan dari Wikimedia
Commons lebih aman karena
sudah difilter hak ciptanya
