Subject: Signing of Charter of Demand 2016.

1. On the expiry of previous Agreement the MD had constituted a committee

comprising GM(F), GM(Factory), Manager(F) and Labour Officer to negotiate new
Agreement with CBA. In a meeting at Headoffice, the MD had approved the new
Charter of Demand 2016 negotiated with CBA. The new Agreement is inforce
since, 01/July/2015, and all matters are being handled under the new
Agreement.
2. 3 copies of the Agreement duly signed by the GM(F), Labour Officer and CBA
representatives are enclosed for the signature of GM (F) & Manager Finance.
Please return the signed copies to the undersigned at your earliest, for onward
submittion to Labour Department.
