Steps:1. Stop the AQM Service.

2. Go the Reports Folder example Drive:\Program Files (x86)\Aspect Software\AQM\


Reports\Templates and take a back up of the as_AQM008.rpt.
3. Replace the as_AQM008.rpt file.
4. Reset the IIS.
5. Start the AQM Service.
6. Run the Report
