To Whom it May Concern,

I am writing in support of Alexis Baez for scholarship and employment opportunities. I have
known Alexis for the past year as a student in my Womens Studies course. Alexis is a pleasure
to teach because of her work ethic and positive attitude. She is extemely bright and talented.
Alexis is a conscientious student who plans on studying nursing. There is no doubt that Alexis
will be able to achieve her goal because she is very driven to succeed. Alexis works very hard
and is determined to create a good life for herself. She currently has a 3.1 GPA proving that she
can handle high level course work. In my Womens Studies course Alexis has proven herself to
be a big picture thinker. She sees a lot of different issues from multiple positions and is able to
see the larger issues. She is always willing to participate in groups discussions and has great
insight. I am very proud to recommend her for any position or scholarship opportunity. She is a
special young lady who will achieve her dreams.
