So Say We All is a non-profit arts collective, based in Southern California, that provides new voices resources, mentor-ship, and

opportunities to be
heard through multiple media outlets. We believe having forums to share our stories foster emotionally and psychologically healthier communities,
that by taking ownership of our narratives we empower ourselves to take control of our lives, and that open communication is a powerful alternative
to isolation and despair.
Towards this end, So Say We All divides its efforts into the two camps of production and education, although these are intricately entwined. Through
our own internal means as well as strategic partnerships with other organizations such as KPBS, San Diego Central Library, PEN USA, various
theater companies, This American Life and more, we offer several regular shows a month, special showcases, and even radio shows, all of which are
always open to participation by the entire artistic community through either an open or vetted submission policy. All participating artists are entitled
to intensive literary and performance coaching, multimedia training, and professional support for elevating their work to the next step after working
with us.
In addition to our performance and publishing programs, we offer education outreach programs specifically targeting communities who either lack
access, are deemed high risk, or who lack proportional representation in mainstream media. Currently this involves providing teen and adult creative
writing and storytelling courses through partnering social services such as Veteran Writers Group San Diego, PEN USA, Southern California
American Indian Resource Center (SCAIR), The Braille Institute, the homeless residents of Father Joes Village and Toussaint Academy, Veterans
Village, San Diego Public and County Library branches, and more. Our aim is to be a resource that always listens to its community, regardless of the
volume at which it speaks.
