    EXCELLENCE SDN BHD duly convened at which a proper Quorum was present, held on
    30th September 2015 at the registered office of the company at FASA 12, BLOCK E1,
    JALAN P9/C1, PRESINT 9, 62250 PUTRAJAYA W.P PUTRAJAYA.
    APPOINTMENT OF ADDITIONAL DIRECTORS
    It was RESOLVED that Mr. A. RAHIM BIN A LATIFF be and is hereby
    appointed Director of company to be effective from the date of his
    completion of all necessary statutory documents as required under the
    Companies Act, 1965.
    The resolution was passed unanimously.
