contineous process improvement

Supposing we are failing very often to catch a regular bus, we have to review ou
r process: whether alarm is set up, getting up on alarm without fail,optimising
time for bath room activities, picking up the planned cloth (not ironing in the
last minute),picking up the packed bag,taking breakfast in time, etc. We do the
things correctly contineously and still we miss the bus,we have study where we a
re getting delayed and act on it. This we say plan,do, study and Act (PDSA) cycl
e.
We hurry to take watch, cell phone ,pen etc and find it is not there . It is the
re but it is misplaced! We put unwanted things along with necessory items. 5S s
ytem( we do it for Ayutha pooja day only)will make our lives easier.
Our bus timing is say 8AM. We are able to make up 8am to 8.05am.Slowly day by da
y, method by method we find out the reason by cause and effect diagrm and corre
ct ourselves such that we reach before 7.55AM without fail. This is kaizen.
