From the research, one of Top 5 reasons that make people in working age live in
stress is problem with the colleague. The assumption, If it is possible to change the
workplace environment, stressful will be reduced respectively from the working age
people (who work in the office). And this idea lead to the Application called Closer

This application will be a mediator


between the company and its employees.
The function of this app will contain the
organization news and others interesting
thing or fact about the organization and it
will let all of the members of the
organization sign in to join.

More importantly, we have also designed a space for


people in the organization to exchange their opinions
through the news and meeting room within organization.
Moreover, this application creates activities that make all of
employees participate together by using it as a mediator to
connect them to do activities together for a proposed to
build a better relationship within the organization to reduce
the stress of working people.

1 st Prototype

Under the concept of encouraging people to
go out, change surrounding environment to
relief their stress. We found that people in
working age they live in the same routine,
every day is the same. So, we want them to
break their routine by using our application
that will tell you where and when the place
that near your workplace or surrounds their
house have and activity or event. Our first
page will have a choice for you to choose.
You want to find out about events or activity
or we make it even more for them by show
them is their activity near them at that time
by our Around you ?

The second page, the black box at the right Conner is Menu. The feature that is not the main feature will
present to the user:
1. The cat room is provided for finding people that have the same interest as them to go out and do the activity
or go to the event together.
2. Tap to call is for people that want to hold or be a host of an activity. They can call the number, which will be
the place that people can rent or hold the activity. This feature is provided because sometimes they have an
interesting plan, but do not know how to make it happen. So, after calling and everything is set their own
activity and wait for people to join them and meet up.
3. From the step two, after everything has done, touch the create tab and just put the name and the code of
your activity in it. Their very own activity will present on the map.

Keep concept of encourage people to go out and try to make people within the society that they live in
participate together aim to relieve stress by creating community that will collect the information about
the interest and activity that people surround you like to go and after work they can go and do it
together or go by the suggestion from people in our application.

have same interest together. And lastly,
feature call lists. If the user like the
particular activity they can keep it in
lists, the application will remind them if
that activity about to happen. Moreover,
they can use lists to set their activity
schedule or to keep this app remind
them the activity that they want to go.

Final Prototype
The final idea is more specifically on creating good environment within the
workplace to relieve working age people stress. From the research, working age live in
their workplace about 8 hours a day. That is a lot, Instead of creating a good
environment why not start it at the workplace, fix at the workplace where the stress
happens instead of trying to make them go out. A lot of people from the interviews
said that after work they feel so tried what they want is to go home and meet their
family.
The reason of working age has the same routine and dont want to go out is not
about they dont want to go or they cannot find a place to go but it is about the feeling,
after a tough day, no place is better than home and family. It would be better for them
if we can change their feeling when they go to work. So, the final prototype aim to
make people in the workplace have a better understanding of each other talking more
share they though more instead of sitting separately working like a robot and build a
stressful workplace environment.

Home Page: The user can change profile


picture or background as they like. It will
show how many challenges they have done
in the current month and the total of
challenges since they have joined our
application. This application also shows them
the self-progress chart to tell them how long
they will reach the goal.
Half-Way reward (Special box line) is
another way to motivate them to do
challenge more as well as the Diamond Prize
Line, the user can create their own challenge
when they reach it and also get many
rewards at this steps.
The goal will be set differently depend on
each company because the company will
know what is motivate their employee the
best and it depends on each company
culture.

send to them.Even they not open the app,
the challenge will also pop and remind
them on their phone screen to ask them to
join Closer application.
The challenge that asking them to do, will
base on the result from the personality
test.
This application will motivate user to do
challenge more everyday by let them know
the rewards which are Special boxes,
Diamond Prizes and Super Gold.

To begin, one person must assign each player

smartphone or camera), find their target.
When they meet their target called their
name and take a picture of him or her.

Final prototypes Feedback


We have interview people from Chorrungrueng commercial.co.Ltd which has many employees which work quite hard and
varies in each department, most of them are stressful during work and have less time to rest. Moreover, employees have no
conversations with the others consequently, their relationship was not close as it should be.

"For me, I think it could work well with me because there are
interesting functions to follow such as the tests that can
evaluate me, and game that release my stress and also can
play with workmates. As I am a receptionist I love to talk to
everyone with willingness and fun so the challenge in this
application is very easy to me to follow and I enjoy it very
much, it is not only release stress but also I know more about
my workmates, the environment at work place has become
better and better!"

"The application is quite good, but some part of this application,


I am lazy to follow it such as meditation, maybe I do not to like
to meditate, but it would be nice for someone else. Because at
the work places atmosphere is not suitable for meditation,
because there will always be people walking around and noisy,
so I chose to not follow it for me. In the game part, I thought it
releases stress well. I compete with colleagues via this
application, probably because I like competition. Then it also
makes me forget things that cause me stress. And I like task
manager function because I have to manage to run multiple
applications in a single day, which makes me feel stress and
worried that the works will be done in time or not. But this
application seems that many of them are organised making the
job look easy."

4. Human factor considers (Design Element)


Human relationship
The first factor is human relations are a technique use to encourage people to do the
thing with love. It can use to motivate workers to work under the circumstances that company
give to them. If relationship amount employees are strong they can easily achieve the goals of
the organisation together. By working with people who have a good relationship, it will create a
present work atmosphere.
Atmosphere in workplace
The second factor, A bad atmosphere can lead to poor
performance from good employees. It can drag the performance of the
employees down. Workplaces that have a bad atmosphere can lead to
the feeling of wanted and feeling stressed. The worker will only show up
to work and do just enough work to get by and get paid. They will have
no engagement with the co-worker and the company at all. Good work
atmosphere can drive the worker and allows them grow and get better
at their job and their mental health (stress). So, creating a great
workplace atmosphere is one thing that we need to consider.

Is the main factor that we focusing on, Stress is an alarm system of
the body it can cause headaches and muscle pain.

of their goals in the life. The behaviour of
the People who are highly motivated will
tend to successes in achieving their life
goal. However, people with low motivation
will have a hard time achieving their goal.
Personality
Each personality is the identity of that

people. Personality is the result of the
coordination of the brain based on genetics.
