Usually first I have some fruit and a glass of yogurt or water,


and then I have an egg and vegetable salad and a cup of
oatmeal. I sometimes have a cup of Milk with chocolate and
quinoa; also, I have bread + Strawberry marmalade or
cheese. I often have a bottle of yogurt and I always put
cheese or Strawberry marmalade on graham crackers. I
have an egg and vegetable salad a glass of fruit juice. I have
two toast or bread with egg fried and vegetables; also, I have
a cup of oatmeal.
I usually have an apple and banana, also a bottle of yogurt or only water,
First, I have a plate of soup or vegetables, but I prefer a plate of
fresh vegetables. Then I have a plate of some rice and potatoes
with meat or meat. For dessert, I always have a fruit; at the end,
I have a glass of fruit drink.

I sometimes have a
cup of Milk with

have both. Also fruit
salad or some toast
with egg.

I always have a fruit, a cup of tea and only one bread with
chicken, I rarely eat a plate of food, but I sometimes eat a
plate of chicken soup.

I dont have coffee, but I rarely


have tea. I sometimes have coffee
with milk and I have bread with
pork. I

I seldom have fruit salad, but I always have a bottle of


water and a fruit.

I usually eat some

water.

I prefer eat chicken, But I


sometimes eat a plate of ceviche
with a bottle of water. I rarely make
my favorite food, because It takes
me time to
prepare. I
sometimes eat in
home of best
friend.
I usually have some
fruit and water; also,
I always have some
popcorn.

I Sometimes eat with friends, chicken or


chaufa and a soda, or else fruit juice and
a hamburger or a cake. I rarely bread with
chicken and tea. I never have coffee.

I usually drink TWO liters of water; also, I eat a lot of fruit and vegetables, but little meat.
