Having examined the problems of our countries, reminding the situation of

our countries, having considered that everybody have the right to leads a
normal life, desiring a better situation for the population of the world,
1) provides work for the unemployed replacing the children in the
factories;
2) sequesters the factories to the minors-exploiters and distributes their
moneys to the children and utilizes them for building sanitaries structures;
3) provides to enlarge some association like ICDS, Save the Children and
ILO to help them to help the children;
4) organizes groups of volontary which build schools and hospitals;
5) organizes bus services for transport the students to the borders states
universities and schools.
6) organizes guardians services for look after the orphans;
7) establish a tax of 1 $ USA every month apiece for every member of the
United States member countries for helping economically the more poor
states;
8) Send to life imprisonement every person who will be surprised to enlist
soldier-children.
