Install Python 3.x, Notepad++ and Mobipocket Creator.

Run PyGlossary.py to convert Dicts to Tabfile (.txt).
Delete: Comment header & Empty lines from the Dictionary (by Notepad++).
Open a command line window (Shift+R-Click) and execute the following command:
tab2opf.exe utf dict.txt

5. Open the new dict.opf with the editor and Edit the title, input output language and others.
6. (Generate .MOBI) Back to the command line:
kindlegen.exe dict.opf -c2 verbose -dont_append_source
7. (Generate .PRC) Mobipocket Creator (Easy method), Skip Steps 05 and 06. (PRC file).
