To prepare an income statement in spreadsheet with the given receipt and payments using
data validation, audit toolbar functions, scenario manager.

ALGORITHM
STEP:1 Open spreadsheet through Start

STEP:2 Enter receipts and payments as inputs and calculate EBT

STEP:3 Calculate the tax percentage (10%)from EBTand click the cell and drag.
STEP:4 Now calculate EAT by deducting tax amount from EBT and click the cell and
drag
STEP:5 Now select the entire data and go to data

STEP:6 Go to formula

enter the scenario nameand select the changing cells and enterthe new values for
each changing cells and give OK, select summary and click OK. Now scenario summary
appears.
STEP: 8 Press ctrl F and select replace
In find what : enter the requried amount and
In replace with: enter the requried amount .Select replace all
STEP:9 Now save and terminate the program
