I received a pictured of an eye stuck inside of a triangle with the tip of the triangle made
up of a sentence that goes as followed DO NOT ALLOW THE EYE TO FOOL THE MIND. I
believe this picture supports my interpretation of Platos Allegory of the Cave because in the
picture the eye is limited to a certain scope of vision just like the prisoners inside the cave. The
prisoners in the cave can only see shadows likewise the eyes vision in the triangle is limited
within confines of the triangle. The sentence can be compared to the prisoners in the allegory
who tried to explain to the prisoners that there was more to the world than simply shadows.
