Job Work/Life Balance: Makes Supervisors work for 12/13 hrs per day

Salary/Benefits- Very low salary specially at Supervisory level. TLs leave and g
et better salary as Agents in other BPOs
Job Security/Advancement: Despite low salary they fire agents for small mistakes
. Biased manager and AGM. All promotions are based on personal relations. Assist
ant TLs have been removed from IJPs even after topping TL IJP scores based on p
ersonal bias.
Management- Management do not care for employees, no respect for employees. AGMs
and managers undermine and insult employees shouting in front of everyone. DGMs
also doing nothing to change the culture as they need average people under the
m. Incentives are also disbursed based on bias. One adviser complained that mana
ger's favorite TL got her incentive though not deserving.
Job Culture- Poor , HR not doing anything to improve Operations
