HI all I went for interview yesterday they are conducting interview in alphabetical order.

Mine was 2nd

last in afternoon session 1st they did document verification & then interview. Avg interview time 2030 mins. There were 6 members in the panel. Interview started with about yourself, family
background & then asked in brief about previous job & soon moved to hr 1st they asked what
subjects I studied in hr then they started asking questions on labor laws trade unions bonus gratuity
employees compensation esic & ways to calculate them more in depth questions from sections in the
acts then they moved to organizational behavior leadership motivation & the theories & finally asked
who is new army chief & then they said thanks you may leave now.

es mine was in Kolkata & they are asking in details like in trade union 1st they asked overview then in details
minimum no of ppl & recognizition of tu I answered almost all the questions except 2 one is recognition & 2nd they
asked about how the relevant factor in employees compensation act is obtained
