    The Canadian Minister of Innovation, Science
    and Economic Development - Mr. Navdeep
    Singh Bains
    He addressed the IIT Delhi community,
    specifically, students on "How diversity leads
    to an innovative economy and prosperity".
    This short address was followed by an
    interactive Q & A session with the minister.
    The Director, Prof. V. R. Rao welcomed the
    Minister.
