I. Admission Fee and All Other Fees
‘This is to expl
the particulars ofthe payments related to admission fee, tuition fee and all other fees.
Read it carefully and please complete the transactions correctly. Note thatthe new tuition fee will be applied
when it is revised,
1. Admission Fee (and others) and Tuition Fe
Please complete the payment over a counter at a bank (other than Japan Post Yucho Bank), using the
Payment Slip. State the enrolling student's name for the name section on the slip. You will be asked to
present an ID at bank when making the payment. Transfer through ATM is NOT accepted.
‘After completing the payment, you must paste the payment certificate, the far-left strip, on the designated
Attachment Sheet enclosed in Enrollment Guide booklet) to submit to NUT by registered mail service or
in person along with all other documents. The middle stip is its receipt for you to keep.
‘Those who enroll to Doctoral Course, proceeding after completing Master's (or Professional
Degree) Course at NUT in March 2014 have NO need to pay this Admission Fee.
Still their Insurance Premium for student activities is scheduled for automatic account transfer with the
first Tuition Fee on May Ist.

‘Students who complete Undergraduate! Masters! Professional Degree Course at NUT in March
2013 are NOT required to pay EITHER of the above 2 fes.

4. Applying for Payment Exemption/ Postponement
Refer to the separate brochure with a blue cover, titled “Procedure of the Application for Admission
‘Tuition Fee Exemption” to apply for the exemption.
3% Important Note for applicants of Admission Fee Exemption/ Postponement:
Please do NOT pay the admission fee until the esult of your application is announced. The decision will,
be sent to you ditectly after May. Meanwhile, Cost of Orientation Camp for New Students (only for
Ist3rd year Undergraduate students) and Student Insurance Premium will be automatically transferred
from the bank account you appointed on May Ist, together with Tuition.
2I. Automatic Account Transfer System
‘You are asked to pay the Tuition and other fes by account transfer system.
1. Registration to the System
Refer othe printed-out information regarding this payment system and follow the necessary procedures;
thén submit the form to authorize your account forthe System within your period of enrollment document
submission (see 1-3).
‘Students who complete Undergraduate! Master's Professional Degree Course at NUT in March 2013 do

‘3462 Note that April Ist isthe date of enrollment for all those who newly start at our university in April. All
university fees are incurred to those who are registered as our students on the Ist of Apri
Undergraduate students will need approximately 40,000 to 50,000yen for the purchase of textbooks,
‘experiment supplies, ete. The all-purpose store on campus sells necessary materials; prepare them.
‘according to your teachers'/supervisors' instruction.
Graduate students will also need additional expenses for textbooks, etc.
