Q2 - What do you think the fight or flight response is and when do you think
the fight or flight response occurs? Some of the responses: Fight or flight
response is a nervous system response to stress. It occurs in time of
"emergencies"/"crisis", when taking a test or presentation, our body's automatic
response to stressful situations, a physical or mental response to dangers and
stressors, when we feel in danger, attacked, scared, stressed, etc., it is an automatic
response that prepares body from harmful attack, rush of hormones from the adrenal
gland that act on various body systems, it happens in times of extreme stress and it is
when the CNS decides to have a fighting response, it occurs when anxiety or stress
happens, release hormones that are bad in excess amounts, It occurs during times of
panic, danger, stress, It is when your sympathetic nervous system is stimulated due
to a stressful situation, and your adrenal system secretes cortisol and other hormones
in response
