The Protagonist is the sniper and he remains static and flat
throughout the story. He is a republican soldier in the irish
civil war. He snipes from a roof and is skillful with a rifle. He
knows what he is doing but is young.
The antagonist is war. War was static and flat. War caused
The sniper to kill his brother. War made people be worth
nothing. War causes death and fear.
Conflict
Plot
The sniper in on a roof in Dublin.
When the enemy sniper hit the ground and lay still.
Theme
War makes brother kill brother.
The theme of the sniper is that in war people just kill each
other even if they are close friends, even if they are brothers.
Because during al his bloodlust the sniper didnt realize he
was shooting at his own brother.
1. The first shot from an enemy. - In war danger
is everywhere.
2. The vehicle.- somethings cant easily be
defeated.
3. The women- Even civilians get caught in war.
4. The machine gunner on the vehicle- The best
weapons can still be taken down
5. His brother- War is cruel and brings people so
down that they will even kill family.
