On behalf of the Alton Village Association Directors we would like to thank all those
who supported the celebration of our very successful Annual Christmas Tree
Lighting at the Alton Village Square.
Special thanks to:

Alton Public School Choir for providing wonderful singing

Alton Fire Department for alerting Alton and giving Santa a lift to the Village
Square
Alton Youth who assisted
Andrew Welch our Town Crier
Barb Shaughnessy and Tim Forster for their generous contribution towards
our newly planted tree and for making all the arrangements to have it
planted
Bill Prout for again providing us with hydro
Boy Scouts for Tent and tables
Doug Beffort for all his ongoing support to improve our Village Square
Eric Wood for leading the community singing
Nancy and Grant Early for cups and taking pictures
Raymond Wand for taking care of watering our new tree
Rays 3 Generation for Cookies
Universal Rental for lights
All baking contributors
All those who bundled up and joined us in celebration on Saturday evening
